Hi
Is this the part you mean? One example I found, if this is the part then it looks like its available. The linked website has photos of other parts if this is not correct. I use this website because it shows photos of the parts, I have no affiliation with the company.
Trust this helps, best regards Alan

One pin of Epson lx350 not printing and have checked printer head and white cable are ok

If one pin of your Epson LX-350 printer is not printing even though you have checked the print head and the white cable, there are a few other things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Clean the print head: Use a cleaning solution and a lint-free cloth to gently clean the print head. This can remove any buildup or debris that may be blocking the pin.
  2. Check the ink ribbon: Make sure the ink ribbon is correctly installed and not damaged. If it is damaged, replace it.
  3. Replace the pin: If the pin is damaged or broken, it will need to be replaced. Consult your printer manual or contact Epson customer support to find out how to order a replacement pin.
  4. Check the printer settings: Make sure the printer settings are configured correctly, especially the character set and print density.
  5. Check the software: If you are printing from a computer, make sure the software is configured correctly and the correct printer driver is installed. Try printing a test page to see if the problem persists.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be a hardware problem that requires a professional technician to diagnose and fix.

I am a Reseller and one of my client is having Citizen CLP-7202e. due to the faulty print head we have tried to change the print head and after changing a new print head, printer is not printing...

I have used this type of printer before. Long ago when it was called the C-ITOH. However, never had to change the print head before. I would imagine that if you did - all the adjustments would need changing. Bad Gap would skip labels and bad pressure would make them too light or too dark. If there are any vertical lines (even faint) the print head is damaged. Also, these things are very specific as to media vs ink roller. You cannot use a paper ink roller with mylar labels. Vise versa works but those rolls are more expensive. I am sure you have tested this already but you point pretty exclusively to the "new" print head with your testing. Sounds like you have answered your own question. I would do some continuity tests on the head to see if it carries any current at all. Good Luck!

I have an Epson LX-300 dot matrix. The problem is the print is smudged/with black lines patches along the printed matter. The ribbon mask is lost. I'm curious to know the purpose of this ribbon mask. Does...

The mask stops this sort of problem and the print head could do with cleaning so that the pins don’t get stuck. The ink coagulates over the years and causes the pins to jam and eventually tear up ribbons of just burn up the driver coils in the head assembly. The head face needs cleaning with a cotton bud or two or three with isopropyl alcohol to remove all the ink residue from the pins and shafts. If you can remove the head assembly this is much easier to do.

Did not use printer for about 3 months. Replaced

Try this one, Turn on the printer, Take out the inks, remove the printhead, put back the printhead make sure it will snap and you hear a click, put the inks back, wait for the printer to initialize, Press the Menu button, look for Calibrate printer, then print calibration page, then scan it after. Load a regular paper. Then try to print a demo page by pressing Photo and Copy at the same for 5 seconds then let it go. If same problem persist call this no for further assistance 1800 421 6699

How do i reinstall the ink cartridge rubber ribbon that came off inside my canon ip1600 printer?

Usually, the best thing to do is go ahead and get a replacement ribbon. When a ribbon comes loose, it can sometimes snag, causing a tear, that tear can drop threads into your machinery, causing jams. If however the ribbon is alright, then you should be able to replace it without much effort. just make sure you load it into any guide slats (where applicable) and do not force anything in. Hopefully, you have the owners manual. If not, search the mfr website for a copy of that manual in PDF form or DOC form, or call their support line.

How to replace a print head on a T2265 sprint pro

Tally Genicom T 2265 Printer print head. The following information regarding Print Head is taken from Website. Please go through carefully. Print heads are very sensitive from the type of ribbons you use. These textile tapes, used as consumable in dot matrix printers are made by special technologies. They are impregnated with ink and special oils, which lubricate the print head wires during printing. While print head works, the quantity of ink and lubricant in ribbon exhausts, and the quality of printed matter gradually declines. When this quantity goes down below certain limits the ribbon begins wear to threads. These fine textile fibers mix with cellulose filaments from the paper and form a dark gray dust. This is a sure sign that the ribbon is dangerously worn and must be changed with a new one. Otherwise you will soon need a print head repair service. Still not satisfied about those points, please get in touch with local authorized printer service engineer to set right the issue. Have a Nice Day The same problems you may have with "old" ribbons, because after time the lubricants and inks get dry. The usage of "worn" or "dry" ribbon leads to difficult movement of the printhead's wires, its quick wear or crush. If you wish to use your printhead for a long time without any problems, you must use a quality ribbons with an original guarantee. Never use re-inked old ribbons. This surely guides you to print head repair or to buy a new one. It is a good idea to read the User's Guide for your printer, if you have not already done so. If you don't succeed in finding it, then carefully look at your printer and try to find the lever for printhead positioning, it controls the printhead gap. You must adjust manually this gap in correspondence with the number of printed copies.

Problem with my Epson Dot Matrix printer

Chances are, you didn't installed the ribbon correctly...

A. Open the printer cover
B. Use a pin to guide the ribbon between the print head and the ribbon guide, then turn the ribbon tightening knob to help feed the ribbon into place, it shouldn't be twisted or creased.
C. Slide the print head from side to side to make sure it moves smoothly

Replacing the pring head.
1. Remove the side covers.
2. Remove the ink loader assembly. There are 2 connectors on the ink loader. SO remove it slowly.
3. Remove the spring guides on the print head. One on each side, Held in my one torx screw.
4. Remove the spring bracked assembly on the left side of the printer, it puts pressure on the XY axis motor to position the print head. Just pop it off and position it up and to the left of the bracket.
5. Remove the steel square block on the left bottom side of the frame.
6. Unplug the harness and ribbon cables and then from the back of the printer, remove the print head, be careful not to hit the drum.
Install the print head, the ribbon cables are somewhat difficult to plug back in, Just be patient. and make sure they are conneted firmly. Also when replacing the cables and harness, be sure they are routed corectly so the print head does not get bound on them.
Set the print head into position and install the steel block, then the spring bracket on the XY motor, then the spring brackets in the proper positions. Dont forget to put that spring bracket back on, It is easy to over look.
Make sure all things are plugged in on the print head.
Next reinstall the ink loader, make sure all connectors are connected.
Install the covers and you are done.
Take your time, probably should take about an hour. Just to it carefully and methodically.

Zebra 105SE

make sure the ribbon is installed properly. The thermal ribbons are only coated on one side with ink. Make sure the right side is facing the paper. If that is not the issue the thermal head might be bad.
