If its in a vehicle, Take another CD (do not let go of the CD when u do this) with the CD in one hand insert it into the player, don't let it go all the way in but the hole point of this is to get under the CD that is stuck in there n kinda pry up on it with the CD in ur hand don't do it to hard cause u don't want the CD to break. Now all at the same time u have hit the eject button n get under the CD that's stuck n pry up n pull it out. U might have to do it a couple times but it will come out
The unit has a power supply problem, no user servicable parts inside. Bose uses a thermal fuse built into the power transformer. Take unit apart and check for connection issues first, then look for a possible fuse, if none exist chances are it is in the power transformer, contact Bose for service.
I'm sorry that the Bose Wave Radio is not working to your expetations. I have not heard it myself but have heard great reviews of the product. Now why are the disks getting jammed and or stuck. It sounds like it is an internal problem like lubrication possibly. I tried to go to the online help but you need the product info etc to continue. Here is the link that you can contact for help. Hope you get it working again and sorry for you frustration.http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/contact/index.jsp
It looks like this is a Wave Music System. (Front, slot-loading CD drive? About 4 inches tall?)You could try a basic reset. Just unplug it from power for about 30-40 seconds. When you plug it back in, it should try to 'force-eject' anything that could be stuck inside. Otherwise, try another CD after the reset to see if it pulls it in and it plays.
If that doesn't work, you could try flipping it upside down and pressing eject. (a roller could be stuck on something)
Let me know if this helps.
