Very very common issue... did you clear it yet?? if not to clear it open and close frount door. then to fix issue change toner.... if that doesnt do it try running something with lots of yellow on it... the code means there is too much yellow toner in the image unit... if that wont work then replace yellow image unit.OH you may want to clean the belt sencors too its super easy i can help if needed
open right door (the door used to remove jam. there are 2 silver levers that have screws holding them down just under the fuser unit. remove the screws and that will release the belt. it wil slide out easily . then replace it. unfortuneatley you did not have to replace it unless it was dammaged... there is a small pico fuse in it that you can replace for like 2 dollars that will reset the counter... if you have more questions drop me a line
use bypass tray, you must use thick 3 or thick 4 and the size needs to be close to the size of index, the tray settings need to be set for thickness and size and color then the same has to be set in the driver in computer also, when you go to print hit properties and change the tray to bypass and thick 3 or thick 4 and then the same size you selected in the copier and it should work. if by chance it asks you load paper in bypass after you hit print then it didnt get setup correct. check to see if you got the driver saying the same as the copier tray. ask if you need help

SET UP IP ADDRESS, DOWNLOAD DRIVER FROM KONICA/MINOLTA FOR BIZHUB C203 THEN WEB BROWSE
TO SET UP SCANNER SOFTWARE ALREADY THERE.
Check and see if it does it on copies too. If so then your paper trays maybe out of center or your paper guides may be open. If everything is center and registration is correct, your print may be in the "Void Margin" this is an area around the page the machine will not put toner in. Konica Minolta Bizhub C203 copiers do not have an edge to edge print capability
They extended the life of the image unit. They did not reduce the amount color in the print. Once they extended the life, the image unit will go until its copy qualilty will become completly destroyed. You will have to replace the image unit, sooner or later.
