Tried unplugging connections and reconnecting.
If the TV powers on and stays on.. sounds like you might be on the wrong video stream, (make sure u are using the same input as u are using the output on your cable box, satellite box, etc. if you are using HDMI , use your remote for the TV and find the Source or Input button and try each of the video streams that are listed.

Yes based on your testing it appears that the power supply is at fault solely and you can opt to attempt a repair or replace it altogether. Unfortunately you will not be certain that the main board does not also need to be replaced until you have repaired the power supply.

The tv power supply board have more dead components parts,u just don't have the skills an the know how to trouble shoot find out more dead components parts that all.Try website like Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Gamble? a lot of symptoms thought to be power board are not there at all.
Correct method for someone with knowledge is check all voltage into and out of the power board ---other wise you might just as well get a dartboard out and throw things or parts at it and hope........
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times.
