I had some trouble with a Jet 3 Ultra recently and if the lights are blinking without a pause between the series of blinks then the problem is the controller. The older chairs use the VSI controller and it is an all-in-one joystick/controller. If you have to replace this, buying a new one is very expensive. You would be better off trying to find a good used one at a reasonable price.

Flashing lights on a controller are showing you a trouble code. To find out what the code means, count the blinking LEDs.

Fujitsu asta18lcc has a constantly fast flashing green light and the red light flashes slower 5 times with a small gap between each 5 flashes. Unit wont work at all apart from lights.
The red light (operation) flashing 5 times can be one of four things depending on the green light (timer) but the green light should flash at the same rate as the red light, not faster - either 2,3,5 or 6 times. Anything other than these is abnormal and you will need a tech to diagnose.
Could be a faulty controller board or compressor.

Check that you don't have the charger cord still connected or the motor disengaged.
