If its the door alarm specifically, and not a temp alarm, assuming the door is closed of course check a couple of things. When you say its not cooling, is it not cooling in both sides, one side, part of either or both sides - i.e. top is warm and bottom is cold? My first door alarm thought was its possible door switch is bad, causing both light to stay on and alarm to think door is open. Is it especially warm or hot near a bulb in either side? If its warm at top, I would look into your evaporator fan motor operation, If its not cold on one side and cold on other, that could be several things, too many to list without specific temps.
