Ge has had a long time issue with their control boards failing and usually loses the low voltage side. I am assuming that it is not cooling at all? Do the lights inside flash as well? What happens if you try and get water? Does everything stop momentarily?
When you plug it in listen toward the lower back of the unit. As it beeps, listen for an accompanying clicking coming from the back. That is a telltale sign that the board is having an issue.
A visual inspection will sometimes show a problem whether it be a burn mark, maybe a swollen cap or sometimes it looks completely normal.
Unplug your refrigerator from the ac outlet, and 0open theref door for approx. 5 minutes. Then plug it again, after you hear the beeping close the door. wallah it's fixed.

Each telephone must be connected to line 1 and line 2 for proper operation. The remaining lines 3 and 4 may — or may not — be
connected to each station as you desire. First plug in the battery,
then the phone lines (1 & 2 are mandatory), and third the power
cord. If your intercome LED is blinking red and green, then press:
STORE IN, followed by "INTERCOM" followed by a free intercom# (i.e.,
any of the memory buttons 1 through 16 not already assigned to another
telephone set). Then wait for the phone to go through its initiation
sequence during which it searches each of the four possible lines.
After that concludes, you should get dial tone on your active lines.
