You didn't give the model name for the machine; however, if it's a Pixie or Pixie Plus, you can download the user's manual that shows you how to thread it and wind a bobbin from the Singer Sewing Machine site. If you go to www.singerco.com under support, click instruction manual, then enter 750, I think that it will work for you and it is free to download. Please let me know if it doesn't help because there are 2 different model numbers here and the 727198 does not work, and the 758 would cost you $15, so I am hoping that it will get you started anyway and if that doesn't do it, I will find you something else.. try changing the needle--flat side goes to the back of machine
rethread the machine top & bobbin--make sure to use every thread guide
make sure bobbin is wound correctly & inserted correctly in the bobbin case
clean under the needle plate & in the bobbin area for lint or loose threads
if you don't have a manual try singer
Go to the singer website
Click on customer support--there will be a drop down menu
Choose instruction manual
In the box type the model number(example 758)
Click search
