I have a photo from a previous web-site stuck on my screen and I cannot get my pad to stay on long enough to try to correct the problem. I am having trouble trying to use the finger swipe to the unlock button to go up. It keeps going back down and shutting off. I have a Red Emergency alert at the bottom of my page also.

You have to format your device by Hard reset keys directly.
Procedure is very simple.
1.Turn off your Tablet PC by pressing Power Button.
2. Press/Long Holding Volume Down Button OR Volume UP Button.
3. Then Press Power Button to Turn on device
after that you will see factory resetting menu just select factory reset the pres Enter Or Yes.

Press both the the on/off button and the selector button at the same time. that will reset you itouch..

guess is that the float level is not closing (need to open float bowl and clean everything inside with carb cleaner. Confirm that the float is operating (up and down) . Reassemble and try again...should be fine.
