I have a problem with control box model SC-500, when turn power ON i didn't hear click for relay RL1 ( RL1 doesn't work ) at power board, any one can help ???? thank you in advanced for help ASHRAF

concern Error E004 can you please tell me the control Box model? generally E004 means:
1-Synchronizer lower position sensor failure ( SC-500 / SC-510 )
cause :
======
• When position detection signal is not input from the sewing machine head synchronizer.
• When the synchronizer has broken.
points check:
==========
• Check the synchronizer connector (CN33) for
loose connection and disconnection.
• Check whether the synchronizer cord has broken
since the cord is caught in the machine head.
otherwise make sure first connection for synchronizer connected securely.

Hi Mohamed
regarding Error E 071 of SC-810 control please check :
1- thread trimmer cam correct adjusted or not.
2- there is a lot of thread into motor pulley or machine pulley.
3- if error E 071 coming immediately when turn power ON means problem inside control box, to confirm that please put working control box on machine , if error remove means problem at control box.

can you please tell me what kind of control model ? any way E6 coming with control model ( SC-1 / SC-380 / SC-2 ) it means:
-Check the control panel cord for
disconnection. (Check whether
the panel cord comes in contact
with the V belt.)
-Check whether the control panel
connectorhas loosened, (Check
whether the control panel connector
has been securely connected
to the machine.)

In the box put the model number (example 500 ) do not put (a) in the box & click search

You didn't specify the make or model...Could be one of many things...broken gear, a control setting, feed adjustment...

E0001 means:
1 - power plug or plug socket loose re plug securly
2 - power switch terminal is loosed or removed
3 - contact of power plug wection is not good correct the plug socket

1- your control box model is SC-500 not SV500, juki didn't made sv never ever
2- there is no error 2 just error 3 and error 4 both means there's problem with synchronizer which installed behaind handwheel first try to clean it by dray spray maby there's some oil or dust arround it. if error still coming change the senchronyzer with new one

E13 is appearing on the panel of sc 800 control box
no such error is listed on the instruction manual please advise
