Error code e0000674 solution to resolve it

How do I resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807)?

1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary

If the error continues:

1. Open the printer access door.
2. Remove and install the printhead two times.
3. Close the printer access door.
4. Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error is resolved, upgrade your printer firmware:

1. Locate and select the firmware for your printer.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the firmware.

If the error is not resolved, contact us.

After error occurs please press the Start button then it shows the sub error code. I need that code to give a solution.

It is a Fuser error code .
Could be a poor connection with the draw connector on fixing feeder unit.
Try shimming all three connectors on the fuser draw side can resolve the issue. Another thing to check is the upper fuser roller for flat spots this can also cause fuser error codes
