Re: I have a black bocl in the middle of the screen
Sounds like they are not back correctly, if the power was on you probably blew a driver chip. I would suggest the next time take your phone and take a picture before starting.

It depends on what type of cord you are changing to. I think what you're describing as a sqaure black block is the terminal block. If your new cord has four wires, should be black, white, red, and green. If this is the case, it goes like this: Black to the far left screw (L2) White to the middle screw (N) Red to the far right (L1) Green goes to the cabinet, usually behind a green screw. If this is the case, you're changing from a 3 wire cord to a 4 wire cord, and your 3 wire cord is still connected; then behind the middle screw is probably a strap connected underneath it. When you change to the 4 wire cord, bend and push the strap up out of the way for future use if needed. It acts as the ground for the 3 wire cord. With the 4 wire cord, the green mounted to the cabinet acts as the ground.
Now...... If i'm wrong with the above, and you're intalling a 3 wire cord; they could all be the same color (the wires). If so, just put.... The far left wire to the far left screw. The middle wire to the middle screw with the strap attached to it. the far right wire to the far right screw.
I hope this is helpful, and that I havent completely misunderstood you and wasted your time. I would be glad to help any further if you need it. Thanks,
blessdwth3, Your knock sensor is a round unit that is about an inch and a half in diameter and is usually located on the back side of the engine block, usually near the middle. Just unscrew it to replace it and put wire back on. The speed sensor is usually located on the transmission on the long side extending to the right side of the vehicle. Take out the hold down and pull straight out, a little twisting motion will help with this. Put in new sensor and hold down bolt and replace wire. If you have a code reader then use this to clear the codes. If not, remove the negative battery wire (black wire) for about a minute and this will erase the codes.
when you're in the back of the dryer, slide your cord through the metal bracket, stick the middle wire to the middle block connector, stick the right side cord wire to the right side of the block with the yellow and black wires and stick the left side of the cord to the left side of the block, now if you only see two connectors on the block then you have to buy a new block because the right side that had the yellow and black wires cooked and most likely damaged the block,so when you get the new block hook the yellow and black wires together on the right side of the block with the right side of your cord and then stick the other wires that are there in the same place on the new block with your cord, there should be one or two white wires in the middle and a blue or red wire on the left side but just take them off and put them on the same way as they are now onto the new block and you should be fine, hope this helps you out.
The terminal block on the dryer , should have 3 connection spots . A red , black , and middle , white . the cord connects the outer wire red , middle wire , white , and the outer wire to black , If only 2 connectors on the block , sounds like you need to replace the terminal block on the dryer . Probably broken . Feel up inside for a black wire not attached to anything ,
Turn off power to the printer and unplug it from the back of the printer.
Insert the power cord back into the printer. You will hear some clicks and motors moving. Pull out the cord again when this happens.
Open the cartridge bay by pulling the face forward and lifting the bay door up. The cartridge carousel most likely will not come to the center.
trying physically pulling the carousel to the middle. (NOT BY THE RIBBON CABLE) If you can not pull it to the middle push it far right as possible. Listen for a click.
After pushing to the right and hearing a click you should then be able to pull the carousel towards the middle easily. Remove the ink cartridges and power up the printer again.
You will receive an error along the lines of black cartridge missing. Open the bay, insert the cartridges, close the bay.
if that doesnt help...
remove the shell from the black base, clean the goop from under the
ink cartridges, put silicon on the bars after cleaning with alcohol,
grease the gears sparingly, put it back together,
The two wires on either side of the power cord are your HOT leads. They are the voltage carrying conductors. These two wires will connect to the terminal block on the RED and BLACK wires. The middle wire is NEUTRAL and goes to the WHITE wire at the terminal block. Now...with a 3-wire configuration you will need to connect a grounding strap to the neutral wire and ground it to the grounding lug of the appliance. The following link explains:
The main difference between 3 and 4 wire configuration is how the neutral and ground wires are installed. In a four wire configuration these two are independent of each other. In a 3 wire configuration ground and neutral are connected together.
If you have any questions about this repair, please ask me. I hope this helps you.
just remember on a 3 wire cord(if it is gray) the middle wire always goes on the middle of the terminal, the 2 outside wires get mounted one on each side on the terminal broke,if it is a 4 wire cord the white goes on the middle of terminal block, the red and black get mounted one each each side of the terminal block(it does not matter which side you put the red or black wire they are both 120 volt) the green wire gets mounted to the cabinet where ever you can mount it(to metal) your done-mike
if its a three wire coed put the middle terminal of the cord to the middle terminal of the terminal of the block then one outside terminal of the cord to black and the other to red all that really matters is the middle or round terminal of the cord going to the middle make sure they are tight and slip the little round parts of the strain relief in the round part of the terminal block cover and put the screw in it
take the front bottom black panel off. it pulls off. unscrew the little panel in the middle. reach up and pull the wires down gently. unplug the 2 conectors gonig to the big metal frame holding the screen in. unscrew the 2-4 screws holding the big metal frame. pull up put screen on sheet to protect it. unscrew the screws holding both of the screens in. Pull apart and clean
