Hi,
you can try in Al Haddad electronics in Jeddah saudi arabia for the charging connector.

Start by looking behind the washer and unplug it first. then there will be a water type valve (like the ones outside your house/apt). Turn both of them Clockwise. This will definitely shut the water off! Riyad should have all the Major Manufactures there locally to service. If you are associated with the Military Base. They have service centers there that can help you. Saudi Arabia is quite developed. Probably won't get a Saudi person to service. (Below them!). Probably have to get a Pakistani Guy to do the work!
