Tried the eject button and it would not eject..turned power off and tried to eject it again and it still would not eject the disc.
Ah! This is an easy fix! All you need is a bigger sized paperclip or something of that sort. You bend out one piece of the paperclip (a 90? angle) and push the paperclip Straight in the little tiny hole you can see on the disc door or next to the door. It will manually turn the gears to roll out the door.
Testimonial: "There is no small hole on the disc door or next to it... just tried"
Sorry that didn't work, then the other option is to dismount the player and remove the casing so you can gain access through a hole to push the DVD forward until it ejects.

There are two lock conditions for this device.
If you can't eject the disc:
Enabling removal of disc
1. Select the DVD/CD function.
2. At POWER ON condition, press and hold down the stop button and the power button on the player for at least three seconds.
(The message, "___LOCKED_" appears when the function is activated.)
If you can't operate the functions:
Enabling operation of selector and disc
1. Select the DVD/CD function.
2. At POWER ON condition, press and hold down the play button and the power button on the player for at least three seconds.
(The message, "___LOCKED_" appears when the function is activated.)
Hope this helps!
