Have you ever been able to view Netflix on this device before? What device are you trying to view Netflix on? If it is a tablet, i recommend restarting your tablet and trying Netflix again. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Netflix. If you only see the green screen when trying to run Netflix, and no other app, it may be a problem with the app or with the Netflix website.

You need to install the android netflix app Netflix Android Apps on Google Play

Do you have a friend with a name brand tablet that could come over and test if your wifi can handle streaming? If another tablet gets the same results as your tablet it could be a issue with your wifi access point. I don't use Netflix anymore but can you confirm your new tablet has enough processing power to stream video? Can you stream youtube HD videos?

First, you need to download the Netflix app from

Next, your tablet and /or the version of Android that you have, need to actually be able to play Netflix. Unfortunately, not all tablets are capable of doing that.
