amigo lo ?nico que puede hacer ese ruido es la fuente de poder revisala de ve tener un capacitor en corto o en fuga y dale mantenimiento a veces el polvo juega malas pasadas con las fuente de los tv por el alto voltaje q manejan yo tu buscaba ayuda profesional....

Hi my LG 47ln5700 tv set has thin greyish black horizontal lineson one side of the .... I hope this works good with Samsung LCD as well....

Could be a power supply problem or a moister problem with connections.
I would remove the back panel and inspect the power supply for bulging capacitors, blow the unit out and run a hair dryer around the outside of lcd screen.

It sounds like it was dropped or banged hard. I would suggest just replacing it.
