This means that Windows has not found/loaded the device-drivers for your video-card.

In both cases, access: http://WindowsUpdate.Microsoft.com
and do a "custom" search for updated device-drivers.
When the search completes, click the "Optional Hardware" updates, to see if Windows Update is offering device-drivers for your hardware.

Or, access the web-site for the manufacturer of your motherboard,
and do a search, based on the model-number of the motherboard,
and based on the Operating System (XP? Vista? 7?) that you have installed,
to see if that web-site is offering device-drivers for your environment.

Did you check the Sharp support site?
Alternatively you can try a driver finder program. That checks the hardware details and Windows version and returns the required drivers, including the audio driver.

1st of all you check the sound card driver is install in the system.and also know Manufacturer name .

• Go to the control panel
• Click on the System Icon
• Click on the Hardware Tab
• Click on the Device Manager then
• Click on the Sound, Video and Game Controller then
• See the Audio Driver is in the list.if it is not available then
• You see the Yellow Colour Question mark in the list Unknown devices or Multimedia Controller.
• You delete this yellow colour Question marks and click on the top of device manager icon "Scan for Hardware changes".
• After this Windows appears hardware wizard, you just give the right path where your Audio driver located.
• Then you click on next and your driver will install.

• Click on the Hardware Tab
• Click on the Device Manager then
• Select the Multimedia Controller or Audio Control the yellow Question Marks sign on it.
• Right click on Multimedia Controller and uninstall it.
• After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
• Driver installation Wizard start.
• Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
• Driver will be install
• if the problem is still exist.
• Replace the sound card or have a local tech take a look at the sound card.
