Fuel, spark, air is the fire triangle... You're unfortunately missing one of those... Try simply waiting for a long time an hour or so and jump starting the car if necessary.... my guess is that you may have flooded the engine with repeated failed attempts to start the engine. That means there is too much gas and the plugs can't spark because they're too wet with fuel...

does it idle high also? i've had that problem, when i start the car (same as yours) it idles at 4.5rpms and after twenty minutes of driving for some reason goes to normal, i was told its a rpm sensor problem. good luck.

SOURCE: my car jump time

#1 are you sure it jumped time?#2 how do you know this? if in fact it has jumped time you will need to have the timing belt replaced.the average interval for replacement is 60,000-80,000.it is also a good idea to replace the water pump at the same time as it is driven by the timing belt.

SOURCE: How do you remove the starter from a 1999 Plymouth

On a 2.0 unhook the wires from the back of the starter then there are 2 bolts that go through the nose cone of the starter into the block, you remove those 2 bolts and the starter will fall out.

SOURCE: where is the crank sensor located on 1999 plymouth

The crankshaft sensor is behind the crankshaft pulley or harmonic balancer. You can access this by pulling off your tire and the inner wheel well. Then use an air impact preferably a 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch impact to loosen the bolt. Next you will need a pulley puller to got it off the sensor is directly behind the pulley make sure you set the sensor to where the old one was set at.

How do i replace the antifreeze reservoir bottle on 98 plymouth breeze? it cracked and wont hold any antifreeze...

There usually pretty straightforward. Most bottles are attached with a bolt, usually located towards the bottom of the bottle somewhere and on the opposite side a bracket usually retains it. Then of course you have the overflow hose that needs to be removed and that's pretty much it. Good Luck

The temp has dropped below zero and my 1998 plymouth neon espresso will crank over but wont start is something frozen

Have you tried adding gasline antifreeze ? Take air intake hose off where it's attached to front of throttlebody, and open throttle plate, and give a second or 2 spray of WD-40 into throttlbody. Now try starting. If it starts and runs for a second or 2, you may have a frozen fuel line.

Mt plymouth breeze keeps blowing fuses wont even start

If it is blowing the starter fuse you probably have a bad starter with a high draw. You might want to take the car to a repair shop and have the starter circuit tested.....I hope this helps you.
