I have a Zeepad 7DRK. I have factory reset it at least 4 times. The HARD factory reset, however, the tablet is keeping all previous information of user, and will not let me delete apps from the app manager application. Ready to toss it in the garbage

More than likely it is a hardware failure or loose internal cable (eg. Motherboard to screen cable). You can try a factory reset, but doubtful it'll work.
The password is set up by you when new, from new no passwords are set! You need to factory reset! from off, press power and volume+ buttons together until reset screen comes up, then move using volume and select using power buttons!
Normally, you have to hold one of the volume buttons down while powering on the device(try them one at a time). If you get a screen that says something about download, try the other volume button.
Once the device has booted to the "special recovery" menu, this is controlled by one of the volume buttons to scroll through the options and the POWER button acts as an enter key. Be on the lookout for an option that says something about "restore factory settings" and select that!
I ordered a Zeepad 7DRK from Nomorerack.com it did the same thing. I emailed [email protected] and was sent back a response that basically gave me instructions to return my Zeepad 7DRK.
