I have a dr9080c scanner and it does not pick up red or yellow colors, have already adjusted setting, HELP!

hi" do you try to adjust color settings.theres a red,blue,green color adjustment under picture setting.
try to set red color to full.
of you already do that.
probably your display driver board has a causes the problem.
display driver board produce image comes from the tuner, then it sent to x and y drive of your LCD screen.

go to setting and adjust the the color as per your requirement

Chuck the scanner (in my bin please) as the CMOS sensor is bad. Pick up a replacement at Goodwill for $10.00 and post for any help you need

Settings
Press forward to enter the Settings menu and then
press plus or minus or to highlight an item. Press play
repeatedly to change settings.
Backlight:
• to adjust the time before the display light
turns off (On/10s/20s/30s).
• to adjust the color of the display light
(Red/Blue/Green/Yellow/Cyan/Purple/White).

make sure that the plug on ps2 is connected and check the settings on tv and the settings on ps2 browser are correct if possible check ps2 on another tv to be sure of it's settings if the ps2 works the check channel setting on tv make sure it's not in pal setting it should be ntsc and also check the antenna setting make sure it might be set to cable and also check cables of any sharp kinks your problem is with the yellow cable red and white is the sound

Do you have enough disk space? Check if your C; drive has enough space. Normally C: is used as 'scratch area'. Try scanning intoa different location.

you can use color managemnt option on your t.v to fix this problem. Also some newer tvs now have grid color managment, which lets you play around with it and let you pick what you want or where you might need or not need the color.
