I have a Samsung 60" LED TV. Everything work except I have no picture. I have sound and a backlight on the screen. I can change sources but do not see any images. I think that the T-CON board is bad.

Sound but no images. Have tried all inputs with the same results. Backlight on screen only. Want to try to confirm that it is the T-CON board before I order a part.

You only have 3 modules in the back of that unit, the wifi and the sound master board and the video board. Samsung knows they have a issue with some, there is a diagnostic mode that will help you to determine, I would contact tech support before I bought a 350.00 module just to confirm, however I think your on the right track

I'd advise changing your timing board but this set doesn't have one, is it like the backlights are shutting off and turning on on the left side?

Problem with Samsung led tv with no sound or picture.

The first things to try are of course the simplest. If you have a picture on your TV but no sound, the problem might be as simple as having the “Mute” button the remote having been accidentally pressed. Grab your remote and unmute the TV by pressing the “Mute” button again.
Next, check what the input setting is on your Samsung TV by hitting “Source” on the remote and cycling through the available inputs. If your Samsung TV’s source is set to a component that you don’t have set up, then there won’t be any audio data coming in to be played.
Do you ever use a headset on your TV? Gamers, in particular, might be using a wired set of headphones plugged into an audio out jack, and if the headphones are plugged in, then any audio is being routed to that equipment, and you might not hear the sound playing if you aren’t wearing the headset. Assuming you never use a headset on your TV, check the headset port for any debris. Your TV may pick up something in the port which won’t allow the audio to route properly.
Finally if this does not work, you can try the old school way...unplug the your TV for about an minute.

Lcd tv has sound no picture

Hi Chad,
Since you are getting the sound, the main board seems ok. Please show a flashlight on the screen, you should be able to see the picture there. If it is so, the backlights in your set are not working. Most LED TVs have LED driver circuit on the power board now days. Here a word of caution, there are two reasons for failed backlights. First the LED driving circuit and second the backlight itself. Which one has in your case, let some TV Tech decide it. In both the conditions your TV should be repairable.
Good luck

Why do my Samsung LED TV turn on with correct sound but don't have picture. The screen stays black. I've already changed my power supply card by a new one?

If TV menu comes on try another source via hdmi could be a source issue with hdcp or copy guard issues. Sound isn't copy guarded but picture is.
