This will work for all 2630's from whatever language it is currently set at to your desired language. Press the center square button to get the menu. Scroll down until you see the small wrench - menu #4. Press the square (Select) button again. Scroll down to #9 - the icon will look like a small phone with a wrench - press select. Press select again - menu #1. Press select again - menu #1. You should be able to see English as an option. Scroll down and select again and you should be good to go. The Nokia menu sequence is: Menu, 4, 9, 1, 1. Unfortunately, this phone does not do jumps - so you must scroll down manually.

your solutionis is to format your mobile (dont worry your files will be saved): tunr off your mobile, hold on ( 0 ) and press the start bouton(red bouton) it will takes 3 to 5 min . now ur mobile is like new with english language!!!!!!! enjoy

Tap 'Start > Settings' (it is represented by a gray gear in front of an yellow folder. It should be the second item, from the bottom to the top, the closest one to the question mark, which stands for Help). Tap the second tab (standing for 'System') and search for an icon representing the Earth (standing for 'Regional Settings'). Tap over it and choose the language that better suits your needs, in the dropdown menu. Tap OK to save and quit.
This procedure won't change the entire ROM to the language you want, of course, but will allow you to better understand what is going on with your device, from now on.

Hi this is a video on how to change the language on your Samsung Galaxy phone.


Just try to follow the instructions step by step and look for similar icons in the menu.

The Steps were
1.) Menu
2.) Settings
3.) Locale and text (Look for the A with the dots underneath)
4.) Select Locale (Which is the first option you will get in locale)
5.) Select English
6.) And it should be done.
