Lenovo 110S-11IBR - 11"?
I can't guess your real MODEL number. why?
100-14IBD, 100-15IBD, 100S-14IBR, 110-17IKB, 110-14IBR, 110-15IBR, 110-15ACL, 110 Touch-15ACL, 110-17ACL
guess what the number tells me what is INSIDE day 1.
Bios Passwork or windows login password????
if windows Pw lost is it local PW or windows
Live.com login
the latter is childs play to reset, why not ask for help first?
what factory reset, you failed to say?
The BIOS key? recovery method
Lenovo install media
or microsoft install media. (there are 3 choices )
So let me guess you went to the MS freedown load page
then run IE11, and downloaded the ISO, w10-32 5gigabytes big
and it wont fit in the current hdd.
your PC came with a tiny 32GB SSD, new.
and is way to small, in fact windows 10 updates will fail too.
w10 does not run on this PC, with that SSD. (tiny, dinky small)
upgrade the to 120GB+ SSD...
sure, the HDD if full.
what else. get a bigger bucket? HDD?>
did you see Shift Restart , key press here.
this reloads the onboard recovery process.

I guess the PC will not boot>?
you said PW but how can you do a factory reset?
with PW blocking you, unstated? how.
my guess is the BIOS HOT KEY FOR RECOVERY method.
then it finds the HDD FULL.
sure it does, how can it not.
btw w10 is bloatware (it gets bigger and bigger)
note that the April 2018 new 10 release ISO is bigger.
you really really should by a SSD 128GB. at least.
this is well known problem at lenovo this pc.
https://www.cocosenor.com/articles/computer/hard-reset-lenovo-laptop-to-factory-settings-without-password.htmlhere is what you did i bet, quoting your manual
and fails now because MS made it too big.
or you have too much data, or too many apps installed.
32GB is NO GOOD for any PC made, even this.
but lenovo was ,well drunk or asleep.

Restore of factory default
The Lenovo ideapad 100S-11IBR computers come with pre-installed Recovery
system. In order to save application files and the initial backedup files of the
system, the hard disk in a Lenovo computer includes a hidden partition when
it is shipped. If you need to restore the system to the point of your first boot
up, just enter the
Recovery System
(Push-button reset).
For details of the
Recovery system, see
