It's just in the front panel, where the drawing of all the built in stitches are, it's the drawing number eleven from the left, you'll see a zig zag (red) and a straight stitch (black) Select A group of stitches (knob with the arrow) and then select the eleventh stitch (same knob but use the dial, look the manual) and then select zero on your stitch width dial. Hope that helps :)
Contact Allyn International INC. which are the distributors in the US. Model 4795 and 4595 are the same but one is the instructional type I think, that's what the person I talked to told me. I got a free video and booklet from them. Fortunately my machine came with the manual, but it was not enough for the hemmer foot and I also needed some help with the overcasting stitches. This booklet explain all the stitches, the foot you need to use and the proper width and length of the stitch.
