Most probably your display will be damaged.There is no other solution other than replacing it.A genuine display will cost around 1/5 of your phone's price (recommended)or you can buy a fake one with half the price of original.

The Phone needs a new Keypad flex and most likely a left hinge pin. When the phone is open, the cable runs through the left side of the hinge. It is very common for the hinge pin to become chipped and put a small cut in the Flex Cable.
You can get the parts on ebay. search for motorola v3 keypad flex, and motorola v3 hinge, or knuckle.

By retrieve do you mean you have already recevied them and they are no longer visible to you?! If so check the following.

You may have already tried some of these options, but for the sake of completeness.

Check your icons are not hidden. From desktop/ Options/ Show All.

The MMS Data - MultiMedia Messages may be stored along with
your Text messages - check this folder.

Check all your Media folders - including My Pictures and Preloaded.

Failing all of the above - Check MMS in Options and MMS and do the same for Media Card.

If you connect your Blackberry to your PC you will be able to see all stored files and their location..

If you are not able to receive them in the first instance - You will need to enable yout Blackberry to receive them by MMS in Options and checking this option in addition your Network Provider will need to send you settings to store.

My razor broke about 1/2 year ago and im with verizon and they said their not making them anymore.. so i got a newer razor... I experienced the same problems and they got fixed when i got a new phone for free..

what you could do is connect the phone to the pc via your usb cable and install the samsung software that it came with them you can transfer you pics or vidz.....then take the phone and have the lcd replaced

the hinge is the middle of the phone where the top and bottom of the phone meet think of it this way if u close ur razor the top of the phone is the hinge its the things where it has two shiney cirlces on each sides hope that advice helps thanx.

try finding a data cable/ USB cable. make sure to get the software and/or drivers with the cable
