Bushnell Tour v3 laser rangefinder will not display yardage

Hi,

Please shutdown your device for 5 minutes, booot up and then check for yardage again. If this does not work, then you might look into the device manual (in troubleshooting) to check for an alternative approach to fixing this. Thank you.

Which is the best golf laser range finder?

Bushnell Scout DX Rangefinder is a good one for golf.
It's a fantastic rangefinder.
It offers some amazing feature and specification like...
  • 6x magnification.
  • Range between 5-1000 yards.
  • 3-volt CR2 Battery.
  • Rangefinder Accuracy 5 yards.
The Bushnell Scout DX Rangefinder will help you to pick from 3 different user modes by pressing the Mode button at the left side of the unit. First is the usual mode which can be used for most purposes up to 1000 meters and works well towards the pretty reflective surface.
When turned on, the Scout 1000 Laser Rangefinder liquid crystal display (LCD) will directly display icons like the bow and rifle mode. The bow mode will provide you with true horizontal distances from 5-99yd away, depending on the angle. The rifle mode, however, will permit you to get the angle and drop/holdover of your shot to the target from 100-800yd.

I have the Bushnell Truth and I had it set to yards but when I went to use it again it is set on meters and it won't change back to yards!

If there is no mode button, try powering the unit off, then holding the power button down for five seconds, looking through the eyepiece and releasing the power button once it toggles from meters to yards.

If there is a mode button, however, just hold it down for five seconds (while the unit is on) until it changes.

V3 change meters to yards

MODE and UNIT OF MEASURE OPTIONS

The TOUR V3 can be used to measure distances in yards or meters. The unit of measure indicators are located in the lower
right portion of the LCD. To select between yards and meters, press and hold the POWER/FIRE button. The display will
begin to cycle through the setup options: Yards w/JOLT, Yards, Meters w/JOLT, Meters (for details on the JOLT feature,
see "About JOLT"). When the units and JOLT mode you want to use are displayed, release the POWER/FIRE button to
select it. If you are changing from yards to meters, a change in unit of measure will be indicated by the illumination of the
M for meter indicator while the Y for Yard indicator is turned off. If you are changing from meters to yards, the opposite
will occur. The TOUR V3 will return to the last unit of measure setting used each time the unit is turned on.

Buschnell

If the jolt (vibration) doesn't work on your Bushnell V3, follow the instruction steps to change the unit of measure. (On the initial screen, hold down the "POWER/FIRE button, and it will cycle through your choices.) It flashes 3 times on each option. The first option is "Yards w/JOLT" even though the choice is abbreviated on the screen. Per the instructions, by releasing the POWER/FIRE button, you select your option. Wait until the 2nd flash on this choice to release the POWER/FIRE button, and the JOLT feature will be turned back on. (On mine, it didn't work by letting go on the first flash.)

Change from meters to yards on bushnell chuck adams rangefinder

First, remove the battery then replace it to reset the unit, then ...
Taken word for word from the manual: While looking through the eyepiece, press and hold the POWER button down for approx. 5 seconds. During this time all liquid crystal segments and icons will be displayed. As you continue to depress(hold down) the power button, the display will toggle back and forth between Yards and Meters. Once the unit of measure desired is displayed, simply release the power button. The device will return to the last unit of measure setting used each time the unit is turned on.

Recently purchased ypc 600, no manual, on screen read-out is in meters. can I switch this to yards?

Two buttons on the top. The big one is the power/fire button, the smaller one is the mode button. Hold down the mode button for at least 5-6 seconds and it should switch to yards instead of meters. (Y to M)

Good Luck!!!
