IT SAYS MY FACEBOOK IS LOCKED DUE TO USING A DIFFERENT DEVICE, I AM STILL JUST USEING MY COMPUTER

It is possible to get hacked or click on a virus that locks you out of your Facebook account.
The social network uses preventive security measures to stop malicious software or hackers from harming the site.

Sometimes these countermeasures are too sensitive and cause everyday users to get locked out. If you were recently locked out, due to a technical glitch, user error or compromised account, then you can use Facebook's automated compromised reporting tool.

In most cases, you'll regain access to your account within a few minutes.
Type "facebook.com/hacked" in the address bar of a Web browser.

Press "Enter" on your keyboard.
Click the "My Account is Compromised" button to continue.

Fill in the form on the next page by choosing one of three identification methods: email address or phone number, Facebook username, or your name along with a friend's name.

Click the "Continue" button to continue onto the next page.
Enter your Facebook account's password, and click "Continue."

On the next page, the website notifies you that your account is locked out, which it may or may not have already been.

Type a "New Password" and "Confirm Password."
When done typing, click the "Change Password" button.

Click the check box for each email address associated with your account, confirming you have changed the password for your email address.

This is a security precaution. Click "Continue" to move to the next step.
Review if there were changes to Account Settings, and then click "Continue."

Click the "Log In" button. Your Facebook account is unlocked, and you may proceed to use it as normal.
My Facebook Let Me Log In

Facebook has become a daily or near-daily habit for many people all over the world:
People spend more than 700 billion minutes every month on the site, talking to friends, playing games and sharing information.

While signing up with Facebook is simple, sometimes accessing an existing account can prove to be problematic.

This can occur for a variety of reasons.
Incorrect Password
Facebook users who attempt to log into the site with an incorrect password will not be able to access their account until they go through the password recovery process.

Users can recover their Facebook password by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link underneath the password login field.

Users must enter their Facebook email address, linked mobile phone number, Facebook username, or their name and a friend's name.

Following information entry, users can click the "Search" button to identify their account and have the password reset to a new password of the user's choice
.
Incorrect or Forgotten Email
Facebook users who provide an incorrect email address will be unable to log into the site.
Since an email address must be entered exactly as it appears on the email account, including any capital or lowercase letters, numbers and special symbols, an incorrect email login may be as simple as an accidental lowercase letter or a forgotten underscore.

Facebook users should check their email address to ensure that no mistakes of this nature have occurred before login.

If a user has forgotten the email address used for their Facebook account, Facebook suggests the following options for email address recovery:

Try to log in with a username if one was registered, try to log in using a mobile phone number if one is linked to the account, try locating the account on the "Password Reset" page, or ask a Facebook friend to view the account and find the email address listed on the profile.

If none of these options work, Facebook suggests using any option on the "Recover Your Account" page.

Cache Or Cookies Problems Facebook users who are unable to log in may be having a cache or cookies problem.
To fix these type issues, users should clear the cache and cookies on the computer or mobile device, enter "m.facebook.com" as a URL rather than using previously established bookmarks or links, then log in as usual.
Account Disabled by Facebook
Facebook seeks to keep its site populated with real people, rather than fake profiles.
As Facebook states, "Since accounts that impersonate anyone or anything can damage the integrity of this environment, Facebook doesn't allow fake profiles for celebrities, pets, ideas or inanimate objects."

If your profile is deemed to be a potential fake profile, the account may be disabled by Facebook. When this occurs, the user will get a message upon attempted login that provides a link to the "Confirm Your Identity" page.

This page provides possible reasons that the account may have been disabled. In some cases, it is due to the user not confirming an identity via a phone number. http://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=17007&ref_query=forgot

You'll need to do a factory reset:
1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.
4. Press Volume Up continue.

This will reset you device to factory settings, however anything on your SD card will still remain.

Why do i have to change my paswort all the time?

You might have it set to change at certain intervals
IE: at log in or after each restart .......

Disable password log in
On both PC and Mac computers, you can set up your system to automatically log in to a certain user account.
As a result, this setting will allow you to bypass the password login that is typically required.
You should only enable automatic login on your computer if it cannot be easily accessed by other people.

Open the Start menu and click on "Run."
Type "control userpasswords2" (no quote marks) into the dialog box and press the Enter key.

Uncheck the box next to "Users must enter a username and password" and click on the "Apply" button.

Enter the username of the account you want to automatically log in with and then type that account's password twice to finish setting up automatic login.

Click "OK." Password login has now been disabled.
Mac Instructions

Open System Preferences by clicking on the Dock icon.

Go to the "Accounts" control panel under the "System" heading.

Click on the "Login Options" button at the bottom of the window.

Select the account that you want to automatically log in with from the "Automatic login" drop-down menu.
Password login has now been disabled.

Depending on what operating system you have, there are several steps you must take in order to disable the administrator account and password on your computer.
Most often, the administrator account and password are disabled in order to minimize security risks on your computer.
This account is often the target of attack if your system is compromised, as it allows access to all of the data and programs on the computer.

In order to disable the administrator account and password, follow the steps below that are outlined for the major operating systems.

If you are using Windows XP, you must be logged on as the administrator in order to disable the account settings.
Microsoft suggests that you set up another account with administrator permissions in the event that you may need to reverse this process.
Otherwise, you won't be able to.
Right-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop and select manage.
Click Users under Local Users and Groups in the left pane, which will bring up all users on the computer.
Double-click Administrator and on the General tab, check Account is disabled.
This will disable the Administrator account and password for Windows XP users.
In Windows 2000, go to Start, select Programs and go to Administrative Tools.
Click on Local Security Policy.
Next, click on User Rights Assignment under the Local Policies option in the left panel.
Double-click Deny access to this computer from the network and then click Add under Local Security Policy Setting.
Click Administrator account under Users and Groups, then click Add.
Click OK to complete the disabling of the Administrator account and password.

In Windows Vista, the Administrator account is automatically disabled.
However, if you have enabled it, you will need to open a command prompt.
Go to Start Menu, click All Programs, select Accessories and right-click on Command Prompt and click run as Administrator.
Open the command box and type net user administrator/active:no. Press enter and you should receive a prompt stating the command was completed successfully.

If you are running a Mac, the Administrator account is enabled by default.
To disable the account and password, go to the Apple menu, click System Preferences.
Choose Accounts from the View menu and click the lock to authenticate with the administrator account password.
Click login options, click edit, and after clicking the lock in the Directory Utility window, click Disable Root User from the Edit menu.

My apple laptop MacBook 13 has a message on the screen that is prompting me to enter a username and password. I have never set up a username and password so how do i bypass that page? or what can i enter...

Apparently someone gained access to your Macbook and enabled the password login feature of the operating system.
The login window that is displayed has a button for "Forgot Password". Click this button to see whether the person that set the password lock provided a cute hint for the password.

If they did not provide a hint, I would question anyone that has recently had the opportunity to access your Macbook to see whether they set the password lock. They would have the password.

How do I set up a password so that no one can log

Go to system preferences then to accounts under "My Account" box you will see the login items panel click on this (you will need your password for this) then on the right hand side at the top you will see automatic login click on you account name then go up to disabled and this will turn off the automatic login. Then you can choose as to whether you want a list of users or your name and password. I normally choose list of names as it means you do not need to remember your login name, Hope this helps.
