How do I add a handset to a Telstra V580A cordless phone system

According to the specifications sheet, you can add the KX-TGA371 handset to the KX-TG3711BX cordless system. The handset comes in black or platinum silver. However, I only found one site listing the KX-TGA371BX handset. The site, https://www.pabxlao.com/products/cordlessphone/kx-tga371bx-detail , did not have an obvious option for ordering the handset.

Replace the handset, the cost to replace it is less than the cost of repair if they even sell parts which I doubt.

Place the handset on the base. See "Add and register a handset" on page 23 of the manual: Owners Manual User Guide for Vtech 2 handset cordless phone system caller...

Place the telstra 8100 handset in the charger. Call any number while the handset is in the charger and it should dial out - you can hear the dial tone now. Take the handset out of the charger and you should be able to call normally.

same problem here T.T really urgent

Try disconnecting all power to the base stations and the batteries in the handsets for a few minutes.After reconnecting power it may take a few minutes for the units to reconnect.
