Download the instructions for "factory reset" from the Casio Web site. You'll need to get the instructions for the module of your watch (which you can find on the back cover).

Go in alarm mode by pressing the mode button once twice...depending on the modes you have and then press one of the remaining buttons, usually top right button on most edifices. this toggles between alarm on and off. this shall do....

It could be that you need to unscrew it before pulling it out (at feature that is sometimes used to give a better seal).
Turn the crown anticlockwise about 1/4 -1/2 a turn then pull.
