TVR 120E has a flashing C:31:23 code and wont play..what can I do?

3 orange flashes means flat battery. If you have a faulty charger or charger socket on the laptop then the battery wont charge or power up with just the charger connected.

You need adobe flash player on certain websites...you can always download it again later if you see that you need it.
I have had adobe air installed forever, and have never seen it in use...so I would say dump it too...later installation if needed.
You may want to consider and external hard drive and transfer most all of your files,pictures, games onto it and free up space on your hard drive that way also.

The flashing of standby light means that there is a failure on its circuitry. The system cotroller activates the protection mode if one part of the circuitry is gone bad to avoid further damage.Please count the times of flashes after 3 second of interval. If your radio says "COdE" use the "preset buttons" as "numbers" and put the security code in, one number at a time. If it is the right number it will flash 3 times. If not try again.

count the number of flashes- this indicates fault ie will flash 4 times stop, flash 4 times stop. To clear fault, hold start button for 3 secs. Try running another fast cycle- if fault reoccurs count flashes: Number of flashes:1=NTC fault, 2=Flood switch activated, 3=Heating fault, 4=drain fault, 6=water inlet fault, 7=flow meter fault, 8=water level fault

what lights are flashing?

If its one its Hardware Failure

If its two its  Overheating
if its 3 its General Hardware Failure
If its four then AV Cable Cannot Be Found.

Do any numbers come up on the screen like an image with different types of language on with a code at the bottom ?
