An error code E64 is associated with the heater circuit in the open position. A technician would typically check the heater coils and connections for short circuits to the cabinet to determine if this is the cause of the error code. Depending on the readings, the heater and/or wiring will possibly need replacing. This is not a normal DIY job so you may want to connect with a local servicer to determine the exact diagnosis to help reduce the risk of unnecessary parts. I understand that you are receiving an Error code 55. Typically the best way to try and clear this would be to reset the appliance for at least 3 minutes. You would do this by either unplugging the washer or cutting the power off at the circuit breaker. When you return the power, try and start another wash and if you are still receiving the error 55 code I would call the manufacturer for further help.

Retry the fax reception at a different time when telephone line conditions have improved. Call the telephone provider if line conditions fail to improve.

delete all recordings from hard drive unplug the receiver from the wall for 5 minutes and plug it back in, if 311 error message appears call dish network

Hard drive has gone bad - send it back.
