The JPEG's that won't display are probably too high a resolution or the file size of the image may be too high. If you are using sandisk Sansa for instance you can use the Sansa Media Converter to change (lower) the resolution of the images, or you can use other software to alter the images.

I am using Adobe Photoshop Album Starter 3.2 to store my phots, and I am unable to send any photos to my Craigslist classified ad. Is it possible to convert my photos to a PNG, JPG, or GPF format?

well thats there way of getting you to purchase the whole package, you will not be able to .

Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 does not support certain Photoshop Album 1.0 or Photoshop Album 1.0 Starter Edition features such as creations; file formats other than BMP, JPEG, or TIFF; burning to CD or DVD; and the calendar view (only month view is supported). Unsupported features will not show in the Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 catalog. However, if you upgrade to Adobe Photoshop Elements software, all features unsupported in Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 will be carried forward into the Photoshop Elements catalog.

Unsupported media format pops up instead of pics..

Make sure the pictures are all in jpeg format, and make sure to run them through the Sansa Media Converter. If you have lost your installation CD, you can get the Sansa Media Converter for free on Sandisk's website.

its possible that that the pictures you are trying to view could have a too high resolution, DPI, or an unrecognizable format. Try using .jpeg format at 300X300 resolution and max 100dpi.

Viewing pictures from computer

Did you have the same problem with Media Player 10/Media Connect or is this the first time you've tried it? Given that you have the same problem with pictures stored on a USB storage device this may well suggest that you are using an unsupported file format, how are your pictures saved? Try converting or re-saving your pictures, you can find a list of supported formats in your Xbox 360 user guide but JPEG (.jpg) is usually a safe choice.
