You need to contact the vendors about having to change your tablet, and coordinate with them to get your purchases resolved to your new tablet.

Not all screens are interchangeable even same Make and Models can have problems. What is the make of the screen tablet you used to replace on your broken one? It may have some issues with size or your tablet may have been damage when you cracked the orginal screen.
Try if you dare flipping it 180 degrees around to see if it fixes the issue.

Turn it off , wait some time tnen tor it on. If still there, leave it on till it discharges, charge it the turn it on again. If still so, take it for service on warranty

i had same problem with my gadget,i replaced the battery.and have it checked to make sure no reformattingg needed
