When i start my km 3060 kyocera copier the screen shows the message " program loading " and does not continue any thing ?

The message remains and remains and no thing change.

most likely bad power from the outlet, brownout, ground reference, etc... have power to copier checked. could be low voltage power supply. could be fixed with firmware if power is okay

Firmware is not available on line! That is property of the company they only give out o authorized dealerships and corp techs, you will need a tech to re-flash the firmware.

My photocopier km 3060 displays error code c0120.what is the problem and the solution

Hi
I have found a list of error codes at the link below and your code is described as;
Drum EEPROM error Reading from or writing to EEPROM cannot be performed. Poor contact in the connector terminals. Defective drum unit. Error Codes Kyocera Mita KM3060
It looks therefore like a drum unit problem which probably requires a replacement drum unless you can check and improve the contacts in the connector terminals.

My kyocera km-2550 multifunctional copier has started showing a error message "call for service c6000" and a phone number in asterisks. kindly advice on what to do or if there any online help.

This is fuser unit error code, you can try to reset it might work, but if the erorr code came back then you need to change the fuser unit.

In order to reset this code: follow those steps
on the panel press 1087 1087
The screen will change to service mode
on the panel again press 163
now look at the screen and you will see Excute.
Select Excute and press the Start key.
The Machine will rebot or it will asks you to turn it off and on.
After the machine load again, it should be good, if the Error came back!! Then change the Fuser Unit.

Our computer maintenance company was able to set up our scanner about three months ago. Over the weekend we have lost that capability. We are receiving an error message: Setting how do I fix scanning...

Click this LINKfor the Scan to SMB setup guide which will walk you through the settings. If it had been working then stopped most likely just one setting has changed; the two things I would look at first is the password for the folder you are scanning to and and IP/Host Name of the computer you are scanning to.

Does your Domain require you to change your password on a regular bases? If so then the password set in the copier to access the folder on the computer may have changed and the new password needs to be set in the copier.

Also the person that setup the scanning originally may have set it to scan to the IP address of the computer you are scanning to but if the computer is setup for a dynamic IP address the IP will change from time to time and then the copier will not be able to find the computer you are scanning to. Change the IP that the copier is set to scan to, to the Host Name of the computer you are scanning to and that will no longer be an issue.

The Scan to SMB setup guide goes over these settings.
