My laptop hp i can open but the windows its not working,pls tel me what should i do?

it's either under the delete button is dirty? or the rubber is worn out... try cleaning it with compress air can..

You can get replacement batteries on the Internet. I suggest you Google search for your model laptop battery.

the bluetooth switch is quite often next to the wireless switch with a bluetooth sign beside or on it
all laptops dont have bluetooth on it at all

now then if you find the switch and turned it on and it still dont work
go to start programes and try windows updates

it may find the driver for you
make sure you are completly up do date with them

and if still no go then go to

www.hp.com go to support/downloads enter your make model and operating system
and look for the bluetooth driver

Well its a virus and since you cannot get into windows you can't run a virus scanner. Send it into a computer technitian and they will run and eliminate the virus for you and it will work like new
