Just enter the incorrect password x10 times and your Blackberry will be
wiped. Your personal data will be gone, but you can then enter a new
password and start again
Your only option is to keep entering passwords and once you have 10 incorrect attempts, the device will be wiped back to Factory Settings (data gone for security of lost devices). You can then reintialize the device with a new password of your choice.
Take it to your cell store. They should have software that will allow them to see the lock code. If they don't you will most likely have to refurb "erase the phone" Which customer service can talk you through. Good Luck.
