Step 1. Go to Settings from your iPhone > Scroll down to Photos & Camera >Toggle "My Photo Stream" to ON position.
Step 2. Do the same with your iPad. Make sure the same iCloud account is connected to both devices by going to Settings > iCloud.
How to Transfer Photos from iPhone to iPhone 6 via AnyTrans
Step 1. Open up AnyTrans, and connect both your iPhone 6 and iPad to computer. Enter the manage page of your iPhone.
Step 2. Select "Photos" > Choose photos you want to transfer from Camera Roll/Photo Stream/Photos Library/Photo Share/Album/Panoramas.
Step 3. Choose the photos you want to transfer, and click the To Device button to transfer pictures from iPhone to iPad.
