It might be the battery, plugs anything. Just so u don't end up spending a lot more n changing so many other things, do what u should have in the beginning. Its an OB2, run a scan on that vehicle. That will atz least give u a sense of direction on what to do next. Guessing might just cost you a lot more than u should spend.
Tried the tiny reset button? I was pissed till I found that and I re-initialized the whole thing. Now everything works great. (Might have to rdownload firmware "ZENMozaic_PCFW_122_1_06_01.exe' from Creative site but worked great for me.)
