The lines appear on 3/4 of the screen fading from Right to Left. It appeared overnight and are present with Cable, DVD, Component Security Cameras, etc. Could replacing the T-Con Board or MainBoard solve the issue?
TRY T-CON TEST PATTERNS TO ELIMINATE MAIN BOARD
search the model number for t-con test paatterns in service mode

Depends on what area the line is in the bottom half or top?

Unplug for 30 seconds from it's power source and then try it again. If that doesn't work, call Samsung for further troubleshooting and have your model number and serial number handy. Please be prepared to tell them how long the line is.

Need to check the two things.
1st -- need to exchange T-con Board.
2nd -- need to exchange the cables between T-con & LCD panel or
between T-con & Main(LVDS cable)

This should be repairable. It may be the LVDS Cable or the Main board problem. The only other problem is the T-Con Board.

What you're describing is usually the result of an improperly seated connector. With the power disconnected, open the tv and locate any connectors between the LCD screen and the driver circuit board. Unplug them, and reconnect it assuring it's properly and firmly seated. Be careful when handling these cables as they tend to be quite fragile... take your time.
