No because it is too dangerous. When you go into Airplane Mode, you literally turn everything off! Airplane Mode is only for being on an airplane. If you are using it a lot whilst not flying, you are not using it correctly.
Go to the phone main menu, select settings, and look for Airplane mode, press it. It should give you the choice of turning it on or off. Select off and you should be able to call and receive calls again.
go to the sound profiles in side the settings on that you will see a profile named as offline. click on it and activate it. its the airplane mode in the samsung

Do you mean the Airplane Mode? You can switch Airplane Mode off by pressing the center black button on the phone (for the Menu) then going to Settings & Tools and choosing Phone Settings.
