I tried to reset the itel it1452 by pressing the power button and volume up as what google says but it still reach the password screen and i can't see any wipe data for factory reset?

Press and hold the "Power" button and the "Call" button at the same time. Release the buttons once you see the Itel logo appear on the screen. Quickly press and hold the "Power" button again until the screen displays "Factory Reset." Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Yes" and press the "Call" button to confirm.

Try to get out of internet connections while you do the reset, after when you are connected with you Google account probably all data is recovery in your phone. Be advise if password's are recovering too.

Do this but make sure you may wan't to lose files:

1. Turn off the i9000 phone or take out the battery and reinsert it.
2. Hold the Volume Down button
3. Press and release the Power button
4. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
5. Press and release the Power button
6. Press Volume Up to confirm i9000 MATER RESET
