How do i fix my toshiba studio 202s,double image result

Drum cleaning blade may need replacing/servicing.

clean scanner drum unit change with good toner.

1.first clean the primery chargin unit on top of the drum(look like net).
2.clean the transfer unit.
3.if not ok change the drum.

hi you have to just clean the whole mirrors in side machine and need to clean laser unit also may be its help full for you if after cleaning its good then OK if not just have to replace the drum cleaning blade and developer for good and batter results thanks

there could be two main reasons for double imaging
1) contaminated upper hot roller {replace}
2) worn drum cleaning blade {replace}

C46 indicates Abnormal pressure roller thermistor during a ready state.

Perform following inspection:

1.. Clear the status counter.
Change the current status counter value (08-400) “3” or “8” to “0”.

If happen again, perform following inspection:

1. Check the pressure roller thermistor.
(1) Check if the connector is not disconnected.
(2) Check if the pressure roller thermistor closely touches the surface of the pressure roller.
(3) Check if the harness of the pressure roller thermistor is not open-circuited.

2. Check the LGC board.
(1) Check if the connector J334 is not disconnected.
(2) Check if the conductor pattern on the LGC board is not short- or open-circuited.
(3) Replace the LGC board.

open front door and remove waste toner container, unplug connector and loose blue screw slide out developer unit removed top cover empty developer(100%). then open by-pass, duplex and jam access cover , remove two screws and slide out drum unit .remove charge corona. release latch on rearand remove bracket/bar( on top of drum),turn level counter clockwiseto release slide drum shaft out.remove two screw lift drum blade before install new drum & blade needdust some lubrication powder.after put everything back,hold down05 while turn onthen enter200,press start,let run about 3 minutes ,the value should bebetween 2.35-2.45 press set or interupt key same procedure doing 08then401 set to 0
