Having problems, lights flashing can not set

The RESET button on your JE1918 sewing machine is used to reset the machine's settings to their default values. Perhaps your machine is still under a warranty since it less than a year old. Probably best to contact the manufacturer.

Check the manual - are you using the settings recommended for the s foot? Are you using the proper thread? How about the tension 0 is it properly set for the size and thickness of thread being used?

is the bobbin lever back in it's original position? it could be a problem with the computer, here is a link for a free manual, just in case you don't have one

you might call a repair shop and tell them the problem and ask
them how much it would cost to have the machine repaired that
way you can decide.

Open refrigerator door no lights or settings come on,there are 3 black boxs on the card and one of then is clicking.the freezer light works

It should be the first setting on the switch pattern button - either A or 1.

That needs a repairman because you have to reset the gears, if it is still having the same problem take it back to the repair center and they should fix it again for free because they did not solve the problem. I am sorry to tell you but those machines have been nothing but headaches to my customers, many have just bought new machines (our shop sells Brother and Babylock).

I had that problem when the machine was not threaded correctly. I now floss the thread back and forth through the tension area everty time I thread the machine, to make sure the thread is in the right place.
