To properly identify a model for which you don't have the carton or manual, remove the water reservoir and its lid, and set these aside. Remove any pod if present from the pack holder. Carefully turn the unit over and look for lightly engraved text on the underside of the base. It will read, in capital letters, something like "KEURIG SINGLE CUP BREWING SYSTEM, COFFEE MAKER MODEL K45."
Google Keurig reset codes and find your model number. I had to reset mine and it worked fine since I found the codes. Y ou can also call Keurig and they can walk you through the reset.
The problem is often that the machine develops a leak in the hose that is rightover the transformer...the water drips onto the transformer and kills that...then you have no power to run the machine.
Hello sunflower012, When I need accessory parts, I do a search on Amazon with model number, name and permanent filter, in your case, for Keurig . Hope this is helpful to you! Positive feedback is appreciated. Kind regards, NormanZ
Also, if you have an in sink garbage disposal, don't waste the hot vinegar. Pour it into the disposal, turning the unit on as you pour, off when you're done. The vinegar is mildly acidic and will disinfect the disposal unit.
