What make and model of tablet is it that you have the problem with? Is the keyboard Bluetooth or USB or direct-connect? What keys aren't working vs keys that are working? You have to supply some minimal information to help us help you. If it is a Bluetooth keyboard, make sure it's battery is charged.

Hi Vicki:
I'd suggest that it would be appropriate for you to contact the company that you purchased them from.
It is unlikely that any FIXYA volunteer will have any information about your purchase.
Hope it works out for you.

I have a net rca tablet. It works fine except it won't go on wifi. I did exactly what I was suppose to do, and it won't connect.

Hi
I presume that the tablet detects a Wi-Fi network, since you say it won't go on to it.
A couple of points here - firstly this tablet will not go onto mobile broadband as there is no mention of a SIM card capability in the manual, which can be obtained in pdf format here:
http://www.rcatablets.com/sites/default/files/RCT6203W46%20IB_English.pdf
OK - one point down, so now we are talking about wireless access points. If the tablet doesn't detect an access point, it obviously won't connect. If it can detect an access point, then you need the access code to join that particular network. When you tap on the access point SSID (identification), it should ask for a wireless key which you must enter in order to access the Wi-Fi network and get on line.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

Disgo is frozen on home screen and home icon keep flashing i cant do anything

Search google to do a hard reset, I had the problem and after doing a hard reset it helped me and my tablet is working fine now. I don't really remember which keys it was but there are three keys to keep pressed and after that it will reset your tablet and if everything is ok it should work perfectly after that.
It would be nice if the manufacturer would also put that in the manual, because when I received my tablet I had to calibrate the screen and that didn't really help me. Also the tablet was working really slow and took a lot of time for everything, plus the fact that the keyboard kept pressing all sorts of other keys then that I wanted to press.
I hope this will help you and that your tablet will work fine for you.
Let me know if you had any success.

Hi, my mom just got a IBM thinkpad. It worked just fine then the other day she told me the keyboard and mouse didn't work.I know somewhat about computers and tryed to fix this problem.I plugged in a mouse...

Check if you have any button on panel says about to lock the keys and mouse? Use your manual book if you have one. Lenovo has got this buttons that locks the keys and mouse to prevent unautorized use while you are away. Possible located next to the audio or power button.

Toshiba R100 keyboard not working

I did the same some two years ago, with the R100 on. I switched everything off, dismounted the computer body (not the screen)up to the last screw, and dried that sweet coffee from everywhere where I found it. Mostly this was the keyboard and mouse. The motherboard is luckily protected by some plastic sheet.

Regarding the keyboard, after disconnecting it from the motherboard, I washed it completely under flowing water and then let it dry for several days. In the meantime, I used a USB one. Since then, I used the same keyboard for two years until now, when it died, apparently rather from some motherboard-related reason than water. So I think - you may get a new keyboard, but if youre lucky, you may as well revive this old one.
