Where can I find telephone number for elevation

The machine might not be Elevation, that might be a store brand. Try checking images of coffee machines/espresso machines on Google until you find one that matches. My own Elevation turned out to be a Breville Modena, but I know there are other Elevations out there. I also found a temporary fix for the Group seal on mine, as it is worn but not ripped. I boiled it in a small pan of water with half a cup of baking soda/bicarbonate of soda added, it works like new, for now.
