Ivv heard that you need new upper Aarms or mabe both upper ad lower A arms
If this is an independent suspension vehicle then wheel alignment adjustment is by shims normally under the upper control arm mounting bolts.. (Possibly by the eccentric washes on the bottom bolts) By lifting the body it has effectively given the steering tow out the steering connecting rods are now shorter as the body has been lifted) and that is what causes wear on the inside of the tyres. The tyres are in fact pointing out at the front and are being dragged sideways as they rotate.. Find an accredited wheel alignment shop with an operator that is familiar with aligning raised vehicles and the tyre wear problem will disappear. unfortunately when tyres developer a wear pattern they will retain that wear patter even after an alignment so be prepared for new front tyres as well.

radial tyre construction is such that the case flexes to follow the contour of the road. Hence if the tyre is running half o and half off the hard surface , it conforms and maintains contact with both surfaces of the road. This means that once the tread has worn in a particular pattern ( full tread on on half and no tread on the other half then when the tyre is aligned or placed on and axle such as a trailer axle the good section of the tread will not wear away until it is as bad as the other half but rather the bad half will go to the steel case plys and fail because to the tyre it is still running half on half off the road. What I am saying is just because the wheel alignment has been done ,do not expect the wear pattern to become even over the tread surface because it will not even if you put those tyres on the back axle. They will continue to wear out until you have steel bands of the ply coming out with good tread still remaining on the unworn section...
