If you have the booklet look to that for the code error explanation or Google the machine and code error

SOURCE: Washer will not finish final

When you stated you checked out the pump did you mean you removed the drain line from both sides of the pump as well as the drain line that attaches to the port hole off the tub and assured that not only there wasnt anything enlarged in the port hole of the tub which is connected to the drain line that leads to the drain pump itself? Also did you remove the pump from the unit and visually inspect that the impellar inside the pump was spining? You also stated that it will not drain last 4 inches without an error what is the error that the unit is showing? Lastly have you also inspected the lid switch to assure that it is properly positioned and not bent or broken? I await your reply to the questions that I asked also if you happen to have the model number it will benefit our chat whereas I can try locating your schematic to your unit. I await your reply
Thanks Rick

SOURCE: whirlpool duet sport wfw8300sw00 f-21 error

Unplug the machine. Unscrew the 3 screws under the front edge of the washer. The service technician manual is attached to the panel that slides down and off. Find F21 code. See suggested procedures. Note: My drain pump filter had a baby wash cloth in it along with some change that was disrupting the flow. It is exceptionally easy to remove, clean, and reinstall. Just line up installation notches when reinstalling. Whirlpool should have mentioned this filter in the User & Care Guide, but I could not find it anywhere in there.

E23 indicates Drain pump faulty; Wiring faulty; PCB faulty.

The service information also says it should stop with the door open.

Unplug the appliance and manually remove the water via the filter or front drain point if it's fitted.

Drain it into a shallow dish, tighten the filter when you need to stop the water (or plug the hose if draining via a hose) while you empty the container.

Once empty, try the door again.

Take the filter out and clean out any debris in it.

Plug the appliance in and put the machine on a drain programe.

Listen/look at the open filter to check that the drain pump is running.

I have bought a candy washing machine it has filled with water now coming up with error code e03 how am I meant to take the filter out when its full with water ???

Problem with drain circuit, usually something stuck in pump.
It should have a warranty phone company you purchased from they should sort it out then.

Candy 1400 aaa fills water but that is all it does

Simply try the old off at the plug, wait 10 mins then on again. Then try looking where your machine has access to the 'flap'. Basically, ours did that, I opened flap bottom right, where the muck/hairs/hair clips/pencils etc etc have all accumulated in the years of use. Clean it all out. Our machine apparently refused to spin / turn whilst bunged up with rubbish. Cleaned it out, turned back on and selected a "spin dry" only cycle and left it. Also, there's a pipe that outlets the water - usually directed into your sink drainage pipes. Check this isn't going up-hill. What I mean is, the draining water will pump mildly upwards sloping but I found ours was too steep thus not draining thus it wont spin. Not an engineer just had many issues similar with our cheapo Beko machine.
