Spin cycle seems to not be working as clothes are dripping wet after a cycle completes.
SOURCE: washing machine works, but wont do spin cycle- clothes sopping wet but clean
first off check to make sure its spinning at all. although the waters draining is it really spinning? are the clothes stuck to the side walls as if they had??if so i would tip machine back and look on floor and around the inside of cabinet approx 12 in. from ground level looking for oil,( transmission oil) . if present youll need a new transmission and clutch assy

may be a loose belt or a partial blockage somwhere.

If the motor has a transmission, it could be stuck in 1st gear. I think the agitator running is normal.
SOURCE: dripping wet clothes
will be an UNBalanced load, maybe there was not enough clothes in the load so in that case the drum would not be able to distribute the load evenly so gave up on the spin, hence wet stuff!
SOURCE: spins fine, but clothes still soaking wet
Clogged water pump. Not draing fast enough. If this is helpful, please post as such.
