you must open the grinder for test the dispaly, and transformer for test the output voltage, and isolated is there problem witht the transformer and power supply or display. if there are output from transformer power supply the power will be +5vds or 12 vdc in another machines and the dispaly not LIT , the display is faulty. and vice versa use the VOM OR DVOM God bless you God bless you

That usually means that there is small foreign object stuck in there. Perhaps a small piece of paper of something. Take a can of air duster and try to blow it out. If that doesn't work, open it up and really try to take a good look at it. If you still can't find anything, unplug it and let it sit for 10 minutes and then plug it back in. You may have a stuck sensor or even a bad sensor.
I would go back to where you replaced the front screen and let them know that they did not fix the problem. Let me know what happens. No easy way to fix.
